SaveCindy has been a Registered Psychologist since 2009, working in several different settings which include the school system, The Cross Cancer Institute as well as private practice. Her experience includes working with families, couples and both individual adults and children. In general, she uses a cognitive-behavioural therapeutic approach or CBT when working with adults. She has training in emotionally-focused therapy (EFT) and it informs her practice with couples. She also has had experience using psycho-educational assessments within the school system to help teachers to better work with their students. When working with children, her skills in Dramatherapy are essential.
