Clarity & Guidance Sessions with Shauna are designed to help you move through confusion, overwhelm, or life transitions with greater ease. These sessions include a written download, an individualized guided meditation, followed by reiki and a follow up email if desired.
Kids and teens carry a lot too. This gentle 30-minute session offers a calming space to relax, recharge, and enjoy a little time just for them. Perfect for young minds and growing bodies that deserve a break and a chance to simply be.

A powerful experience designed to help you connect with your soul, uncover patterns, and gain clarity on who you are and your life's path. Available as an individual or group session. Soul Journey Session: $200 per session for up to 2 hours (regardless of the number of participants). A personalized Identity Flow Guide is available for an additional $50 per chart. This custom 10–15 page guide is created after your session and includes your personalized flow charts and key Human Design insights discussed during your Soul Journey. You're also welcome to take your own notes during the session.
Some moments change the course of our lives. A Threshold Session explores up to two significant life events or turning points, uncovering the deeper themes, gifts, and purpose woven into each experience. Together, Michael and Shauna will help you discover what these moments invited into your life and how they helped shape the person you are today. Your session includes a private 60-minute experience with both Michael and Shauna plus personalized written reflections for each event to revisit long after your session
