Cindy Willems is a registered acupuncturist in good standing with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists. She is a pain manager with many years of clinical experience behind her, using many acupuncture modalities to get to the root of your health problems.
Cindy has been teaching movement classes for over 30 years and Pilates for over 17 years. She has a strong understanding of the biomechanics of the body and how to support it as it ages.
As a holistic nutritionist, Cindy uses all aspects of healthy living to support a health body. She uses all of her professional experience to offer one on one holistic health consultations to help answer your health questions and get you back on track.

Your 1 hour acupuncture appointment may also include cupping, tuina massage, gua sha, dietary therapy and/or moxibustion. We will discuss your current health concerns and goals and work to create a targeted and affective treatment plan.
Help release tension and calm your nervous system with body cupping and tuina massage on your back and neck. Then treat your face with some cosmetic acupuncture to rejuvenate, lift and tighten your skin. This 90 minute treatment includes cupping and acupuncture for whole body health.
Your 1 hour cosmetic acupuncture appointment will help to address issues such as wrinkles, fine lines, rosacea, acne, puffiness or skin inflammation. It will help to rejuvenate your skin's texture and complexion naturally, but will require at least 4 treatments to start. Targeted needles on your body will help to address any health issues you're feeling. After the needles you may receive some facial cupping or facial gua sha. NOTE: only treatments with Cindy will include Celluma light therapy for 30 minutes.
