Claire LeDrew is a Registered Social Worker with a Bachelor of Social Work from Memorial University and a Master of Social Work from Dalhousie University. She has extensive experience in providing counselling support to adolescents and adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship issues, emotional regulation, chronic pain and ADHD.

Additionally, Claire also has specialized experience working with post-secondary students and individuals with disabilities.

Claire takes a personalized, collaborative and flexible approach. She draws from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), self-compassion and mindfulness. Claire is dedicated to fostering a safe, inclusive and trauma-informed space where individuals feel seen, heard and supported.

The fee for a 50-min session with Claire is $185. A receipt is provided for insurance/tax purposes. Claire can be reached at claireledrew@calmplace.ca.
