Clara Scaglione
AjouterClara graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a concentration in active rehabilitation. She is a member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiology (BCAK).
She’s competed competitively in several sports such as Soccer and Wrestling throughout high school. In college she continued to pursue wrestling at an international level and continued to work with athletes from other teams while volunteering through SFU sports medicine. Now she continues to focus on fitness and loves to hike in her spare time.

Private 1-on-1 sessions with clients that are 60 minutes in length. A Kinesiologist facilitates active rehabilitation for clients through individually tailored programs to increase core stability, overall strength, endurance, and active/passive range of motion. These tailored programs can include stretching, strengthening, and endurance exercises that will cater to rehabilitation of an injury, conditioning for injury prevention and performance improvement.
