Clayton Cross is a Certified Athletic Therapist, Strength and Conditioning Coach and Co-Owner
of COAST. With over 18 years experience treating a wide range of clients from the everyday person to Olympic and professional level athletes, he strongly believes in finding the root cause of any injury through an in-depth assessment of the whole body. Clayton's treatment focuses on manual therapy such as soft tissue release and joint mobilizations as well as exercise and movement-based therapy and reconditioning. Overall, his goal is to get you out of pain and back to full function in a better state than before you got hurt.

The assessment will build foundational priorities and goals for all future training sessions.
