This complementary service is a 15 minute session with Kayleigh, owner of Heritage Baby Designs and babywearing expert. It will allow you the opportunity to find the baby carrier that works best for you and your baby.

Are you a new or expecting parent? Join us for a hands-on workshop where we dive into the art of babywearing and its impact on your posture and body.  What you’ll learn: Benefits of babywearing for bonding, comfort, and mobility. Different baby carrier types and their pros and cons. How to practice babywearing safety and address common concerns. Exercises and stretches to support your babywearing practice. Risks of poor posture and the importance of rest, bodywork, and self- care. You’ll leave with valuable course material and the confidence to wear your baby with comfort and ease.

This should be booked once you have met with Dr. Casey, had an assessment and discussed the benefits of CFT.

This is for new patients or those who are new to Craniosacral Fascial Therapy. This appointment will involve an in-depth history of previous injuries, traumas, stresses, pains and discomforts as well as your first CFT treatment.
