Sessions are based on assessment results and client goals. These sessions can be dedicated to golf, mobility or overall conditioning.

STRETCH + SWEAT blends intentional mobility work with the restorative heat of our backyard sauna. The session begins with 40 minutes of guided movement focused on the hips, trunk, and shoulders. Using fascial self-stretching, ELDOA postures, and stability work, Eric will guide you through techniques designed to restore balance, improve joint spacing, and expand your movement capacity. You’ll then transition into a 20-minute sauna session to support nervous system regulation, enhance recovery, and allow the work to fully settle. You’ll leave feeling open, grounded, and energized. First time clients - will need to fill an intake + consent form.

Build strength and stability from the ground up. Circuit style training with multiple stations that will challenge every muscle in your body. Be stronger and more functional for all your sports or activities with this class for all fitness levels. Bonus: Sauna and Cold Dip after our last session.
