Colby is a dedicated Physiotherapist who earned his Bachelor of Kinesiology (BKin) from the University of British Columbia before completing his Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT) at Bond University on the Gold Coast of Australia.
Growing up, Colby was actively involved in a variety of sports, with baseball becoming his greatest passion. He competed at the university level for both Douglas College and UBC, experiences that gave him a firsthand understanding of the physical demands of sport, injury recovery, and performance.
Colby is passionate about helping people stay active and believes that every patient has a unique story, lifestyle, and set of goals. He understands that no two injuries are exactly alike, which is why he takes an individualized approach to care. His treatment plans combine hands-on manual therapy, evidence-based exercise prescription, patient education, and Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS/dry needling) to help individuals recover, build resilience, and prevent future injuries. He is certified in IMS and incorporates this treatment when appropriate to help reduce symptoms and restore function.
Colby has a particular interest in treating shoulder injuries, including sports-related and overuse conditions, as well as tendinopathies. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing persistent pain, or looking to optimize your movement, Colby is committed to helping you return to the activities you enjoy with confidence.
Outside of work, Colby enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children. He values living an active, balanced lifestyle and is passionate about helping others get back to doing the activities they enjoy most.

This appointment provides additional treatment time for patients who require more comprehensive care, multiple areas of concern, more extensive rehabilitation, exercise progression or a more complex presenting injury. Your physiotherapist will tailor treatment to your individual goals while allowing additional time for hands-on care and rehabilitation.

This appointment is for new physiotherapy patients, existing patients seeking treatment for a new concern. Please also book this appointment if you are an existing patient, but have not been seen for an appointment in the last 12 months. Your physiotherapist will complete a comprehensive assessment, discuss your health history and ogals, identify the source of your symptoms and develop an individualized client-centred treatment plan, which will consider your specific goals. Your appointment may include education, manual therapy, exercise prescription and treatment depending on your presentation.

This appointment is for returning patients receiving continued care for the same condition. Treatment may include reassessment of your progress, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, rehabilitation, education and progression of your treatment plan to help restore movement, reduce pain and improve function.

This appointment can be booked once you have completed a postpartum initial chiropractic visit. It is part of our Postpartum Program, which can include continued chiropractic care and progressive rehab exercises. With each session, the rehab exercises evolve to support and challenge you as you move through your postpartum recovery.
