Colin is a first generation Canadian whose parents moved to Canada from England in the mid-70’s. He grew up in Regina and attended high school at Campbell collegiate. An interest in training and exercise led to completion of a degree in Physical Activity Studies (kinesiology) at the University of Regina and he spent many years as a trainer and strength coach.
His experience in the fitness field led to a chance connection with a local non-profit organization called Hope’s Home where he worked for several years before being inspired to go back to school to get his degree in physical therapy from the U of S. He began his PT career at a private sports therapy clinic but eventually found his way back to Hope’s Home and now works there as the Provincial Manager of Therapies.
Colin enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his family and loves martial arts and strength sports. He is excited to be back doing some work in private practice and is particularly passionate about pediatrics and helping those with strength training related injuries continue to train while returning to full function.

Initial assessment via telehealth
This appointment is for any child age 0-18 that is experiencing bowel or bladder dysfunction. Issues may include, but are not limited to: urine leakage, constipation, bedwetting, stool leakage, pelvic pain, menstrual pain, etc.
Select this appointment if this is related to Pelvic Floor Therapy, or it has been over six months since your last treatment.

This appointment is appropriate for adult female or male clients with pelvic health complaints including incontinence, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, sexual dysfunction, diastasis recti, and pre & postnatal care.
**Effective January 1, 2024**. This appointment can only be booked after your initial assessment OR if you are a returning client post partum.
Select this appointment if this is your first time visiting the clinic or if it's been over six months since your last treatment. If you have a new injury that is unrelated to your last treatment you will also select this treatment.
**Effective January 1, 2024**. This appointment is appropriate for anyone booking their first visit for evaluation of a musculosketel complaint. This can include, but is not limited to, shoulder pain, back pain, knee pain/instability, Post-surgical rehab, TMJ Dysfunction, etc.
Select this appointment if this is your first time visiting the clinic or if it's been over six months since your last treatment. If you have a new injury that is unrelated to your last treatment you will also select this treatment.
Initial Assessment for individuals experiencing prolonged symptoms (>12 weeks) as a result of COVID-19 infection. Requires a doctors referral. Call to book, not available online.
