Whether you’ve previously received lymphatic treatments or learned techniques through my workshops, this refresher helps you reconnect with the fundamentals and refine your practice. During your session, we will review and tailor simple, effective self-care techniques specific to your body’s current needs. This may include gentle lymphatic drainage sequences, breathwork, and movement strategies to support optimal flow and reduce stagnation. You’ll receive guided, hands-on instruction to ensure you feel comfortable and confident performing your homecare routine on your own. This is also a great opportunity to ask questions, troubleshoot challenges, and update your approach as your body evolves. Perfect for those wanting to maintain results between treatments, support swelling or fluid retention, and stay proactive in their wellness.
