Connie is a trauma-informed clinical counsellor, certified life coach, and clinical hypnotherapist—as well as a dedicated mom of three. She brings a unique blend of clinical training, a background in business, and real-life experience to her work. She doesn’t just understand the weight of anxiety, grief, or life-altering diagnoses—she’s walked through them herself.
