Connie is a trauma-informed clinical counsellor, certified life coach, and clinical hypnotherapist—as well as a dedicated mom of three. She brings a unique blend of clinical training, a background in business, and real-life experience to her work. She doesn’t just understand the weight of anxiety, grief, or life-altering diagnoses—she’s walked through them herself. That’s what makes her approach feel different: it’s collaborative, down-to-earth, and deeply compassionate.
Connie supports people through some of life’s most challenging moments—whether that’s navigating a medical diagnosis like cancer, managing overwhelming anxiety, or feeling lost during a major transition. Her integrative approach combines evidence-based practices like ACT, CBT, DBT, somatic therapy, and brainspotting with a holistic lens that considers the full picture of a person’s emotional, physical, and mental well-being.
She believes no one should have to face life’s challenges alone—and that belief is what led her to help people just like you. Her goal is to ensure clients feel supported not only during sessions, but between them too, with practical tools, strategies and ongoing care.
Connie offers a space to pause, reflect, and move forward—with clarity, courage, and support. Book a no-pressure 15-minute consultation to see if it feels like the right fit. She'd love to connect.

An intake session is an initial meeting between the client and counsellor to gather important background information, understand the client’s concerns, and establish a therapeutic plan. During this session, the counsellor will ask questions about the client’s physical and mental health history, current challenges, goals, and personal circumstances. This conversation helps build a foundation for the therapeutic relationship, ensuring that the counsellor understands the client’s needs and can tailor treatment to meet those needs effectively. The session is typically conversational and focused on creating a safe, supportive environment where the client feels heard and understood. The counsellor will also explain the therapy process, confidentiality, and how sessions will proceed moving forward”
