Conor is a Kinesiologist, Fitness Centre Supervisor, and Personal Trainer at the
Human Performance Centre. He graduated from the Kinesiology program at the
University of New Brunswick in 2025. With a strong background in sport, it felt
natural for him to pursue a career aligned with his passion for fitness, health, and
physical activity.
During his time at the Human Performance Centre, Conor has worked with a
wide range of injuries and post-operative rehabilitation cases. He assists with
exercise demonstrations and develops gym-based programming to support
clients throughout their rehabilitation process. Since earning his personal training
certification in 2019, he has worked with individuals of all ages and experience
levels—from older adults beginning their fitness journey to elite university
athletes.
While studying at UNB, one of Conor’s most memorable experiences was
serving as a Student Athletic Therapist with the UNB Reds Women’s Volleyball
team. This experience further reinforced his passion for working in clinical and
rehabilitation settings.
Conor is committed to continuous learning and professional development,
regularly seeking opportunities to expand his knowledge through courses,
workshops, and hands-on experience.
Outside of the clinic, Conor enjoys staying active through sports, working out,
spending time with friends and family, and more recently training for marathons. If
you see him around the clinic, he is always happy to chat, lend a hand, or share
his knowledge.
