Consuelo is a physiotherapy resident with over six years of experience focused on pelvic health, working with people of all ages and genders, from children to older adults. She began her career in Chile, where she developed and led pelvic health services in both hospital and private practice settings. She approaches treatment with empathy, education, and deep respect for each person’s individual experience.

Throughout her career, Consuelo has been dedicated to working with Hispanic communities. She understands the cultural and language barriers many Spanish-speaking patients face when seeking pelvic health care and is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and empowering space for them. At Proactive Pelvic Health Centre, she’s proud to support a Spanish-language pelvic health physiotherapy initiative, offering care that is both accessible and culturally sensitive.
Consuelo holds a postgraduate diploma in Pelviperineal Reeducation from the University of Chile and is currently participating in ongoing advanced pelvic health training in Canada. She believes in equipping her clients with knowledge, helping them feel more connected to their bodies, and supporting them through every step of their pelvic health journey.
During her free time, Consuelo enjoys practicing ballet and exploring Toronto with her family.

Consuelo tiene un diplomado de especialización en Reeducación Pelviperineal de la Universidad de Chile y actualmente continúa su formación avanzada en salud pélvica en Canadá. Cree firmemente en entregar a sus pacientes las herramientas y conocimientos necesarios para reconectarse con su cuerpo y acompañarlos en cada etapa de su proceso de recuperación.
