Manual Lymph Drainage ( MLD) is a gentle yet powerful massage that is deeply relaxing to the nervous system and helps to move the lymphatic fluid, which in turn removes toxins from the body’s tissues and reduces swelling.

It can be used to treat many conditions such as anxiety, whiplash, concussion, migraines, sinusitis, chest congestion, constipation, ankle /knee sprains, pre and post surgery recovery , reduction of scar tissue and much more.

Please note that MLD is contraindicated in persons suffering from cancer or acute infections of any type, renal failure , cardiac or pulmonary edema As well, i am not yet certified to treat those with compromised lymphatic systems due to radiation/ chemotherapy, or lymph removal, post mastectomy.
