Courtney graduated from the Sutherland Chan School of Massage in Toronto, Ontario in 2020. Since then, she has worked with clients of all ages, helping with everything from MVA injuries and post-surgical recovery to sports-related injuries and the effects of desk work. She offers relaxation massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, joint mobilization, and pre-natal/post-natal care, and typically works with light to moderate pressure. Courtney is passionate about sharing knowledge, building strong therapeutic relationships, and creating treatment plans that feel both effective and achievable. She welcomed her baby boy in May and is enjoying the motherhood journey. In her spare time, she loves cafe hopping, rock climbing, and walking local trails with friends, family, and her pup.
