Courtney graduated from McMaster University in 2012 with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy, after completing her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Western University.
She is committed to lifelong learning and staying current with the latest research to provide evidence-based care. Courtney has pursued continuing education in acupuncture through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute, pelvic floor physiotherapy, and the McKenzie Method. She has also completed Level 2 of the Manual Therapy Certification through the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
Outside the clinic, Courtney enjoys cooking, traveling, and staying active. She loves running, weightlifting, skiing, swimming, and keeping up with her two young children.

During this time, your physiotherapist will discuss with you your injury and your goals with treatment. We will also assess your posture, range of motion and movement patterns. From this we will guide you through a home exercise program tailored specifically for you!
