Courtney believes that healing unfolds best in a safe, supportive space where patients feel truly seen and heard. Her approach is collaborative and empowering—helping individuals connect with their bodies and understand their health from a holistic perspective.
She studies at Tzu Chi International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Vancouver, where she has spent the past six years immersed in acupuncture and herbal medicine. Courtney is currently completing her Doctorate of Traditional Chinese Medicine and continues to expand her clinical experience through ongoing mentorship with a local doctor in Vancouver. In the spring of 2025, she completed an internship in rural Taiwan, further deepening her understanding of both classical and modern approaches to treatment.
Courtney’s passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine began through her own healing journey. After years of struggling with menstrual health issues, she found lasting relief and empowerment through Chinese medicine. Now, she’s passionate about helping others experience the same sense of balance, confidence, and well-being in their own bodies.
Her areas of focus include gynecology, stress management, insomnia, digestion, and pain management.

Your initial treatment includes a comprehensive in depth consultation, personalized treatment plan, and acupuncture treatment. Other modalities may be used such as cupping, electroacupuncture, ear seeds, gua sha, or moxibustion. It is recommended to book 3 sessions 1 week apart for best results.
