Courtney Hanlon, PT
Courtney graduated with a Masters degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Western
Ontario in London in 2022, Courtney also holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Memorial
University. Growing up she participated in competitive activities such as soccer and dance, she
is currently staying active by strength training and keeping up with her dog Toby. This has
greatly influenced her approach to physiotherapy.

primary goal is to help individuals of all ages recover from injury and regain their ability to
engage in the activities they love.
Courtney's approach to physiotherapy is centered around patient care, ensuring each individual
receives personalized treatment tailored to their unique needs. Grounded in evidence-based
practice, Courtney utilizes a variety of techniques including manual therapy, acupuncture, and
tailored exercise programs to promote healing and improve functional outcomes.
Furthermore, Courtney has completed additional courses including Concussion Rehab Works
Management, enhancing her ability to address and manage head injuries and related
symptoms, such as dizziness and concussions

Join our 6- week program that focuses on the principles of Mat Pilates with the expertise of a trained physiotherapist. In these sessions, a physiotherapist leads and customizes exercises based on an individual’s specific needs, often with a focus on rehabilitation, injury prevention, or managing chronic conditions.
You have successfully completed our Postpartum Rehab Level I and II Programs and are eager to experience the ever so popular Mat Pilates. This 6-week program differs from our other Clinical Pilates Programs in that it is intentionally designed for the postpartum woman. Our program design utilizes evidence-based principles focused on core and pelvic floor integration, graded loading progressions, nervous system regulation, return to exercise principles, control, coordination and flow. Postpartum Rehab Level I sets your foundation, Level II builds your strength, while Clinical Pilates redefines your postpartum comeback.
You have successfully completed our Clinical Pilates Functional Foundations Program (Level I) and are ready to ramp things up! Join our 6- week Level II program that progresses you through a series of dynamic movements and strength challenges, building off the foundation you already built in Level I. Our physiotherapist led program will still focus on rehabilitation, injury prevention, and/or managing chronic conditions, while challenging you one step further.

Our Postpartum Rehab class is designed and led by our health professionals, to help moms regain strength, stability, mobility and confidence. Focusing on proper breathing mechanics, deep core restoration, pelvic floor health, postural relief, and functional movement, each session supports your body’s unique journey. This program will run 2 days a week for 4 weeks. You must be a current patient of Dr. Nicole Insley and had a recent postpartum subsequent visit or complete an initial chiropractic intake prior to participating.

Whether it’s catching your little, filling your arms with children and bags, or keeping up with the never ending “mom!”, Level II is where you want to be. You have mastered the reconnection and now we continue to rebuild through a series of strength training movements tailored specifically to your birth story and needs. This program is for those who have successfully completed Level 1. This program will run 2 days a week for 4 weeks. You must be a current patient of Courtney Hanlon's and had a recent postpartum subsequent visit or complete an initial physiotherapy intake prior to participating.
