Registered Massage Therapist
Courtney graduated from OVCMT in 2015. In her 10 years of practice Courtney’s main experience is with the athletic, and active population but she welcomes anyone who is motivated to improve whatever it is that brings them into the clinic. Courtney's experience has made her efficient at treating all ages, and many conditions.
Coming from an athletic background, Courtney knows how vital it is to get proper and efficient care when it comes to injuries and performance. Her treatments are focused around getting you better, not just providing short term relief.
A typical treatment will include thoroughly going through your health history, an active assessment, treatment, and exercise prescription. Do not expect the full appointment time to be hands on.
In Courtney’s free time you can find her playing volleyball, (trying to) mountain bike with her husband, chasing her little boy around!

This appointment will include going over health history and an assessment of current area of complaint. It will include clinical Reformer Pilates to help treat injuries from a movement perspective and to assist the body in corrective movement. *Please note that this appointment will not be billed under RMT benefits, and we are unable to direct bill for this type of appointment.
This appointment will offer an assessment of current condition and hands on treatment pertaining to area(s) of complaint. There will be time left at the end of the treatment to allow for specific rehab to help you retrain movement and offer tools you can use at home.
