My work is guided by an asset‑based lens that recognizes the inner strengths we all carry; strengths that can foster security, resilience, and hope. I explore patterns of behaviour through attachment, looking at how our early experiences and current relationships influence the way we understand ourselves and move through the world.

Using an eclectic approach of narrative therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and mindfulness practices I work with individuals to explore the dimensions of their challenges and strengths.

I aim to help individuals build a practical, personalized toolkit that supports their goals and can be applied across many areas of life. My areas of focus include navigating identity, personal growth, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and self‑esteem. I have found that exploring relationships, concepts of wellbeing, and emotional mapping can create meaningful clarity and direction.

With a compassionate and collaborative stance, I work to cultivate a space where growth feels possible, where skills can be developed, insights can emerge, and individuals can move forward with confidence and intention
