She specializes in acupuncture and traditional chinese medicine principals to help support hormonal balance, improve sleep, reduce stress, and regulate the nervous system. Many of her clients come to her feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their bodies—and leave feeling restored, more resilient, and empowered to thrive in their daily lives.

This follow-up acupuncture appointment will focus on reviewing your progress, adjusting acupuncture treatment as needed, and continuing to support you on your wellness journey. Cupping and gua sha may also be used if appropriate.
This initial acupuncture appointment is designed for new patients and includes a full consultation to identify health patterns through a Traditional Chinese Medicine lens. This assessment includes pulse and tongue diagnosis, followed by a personalized acupuncture treatment. Acupuncture involves the insertion of very thin, sterile needles at specific points in the body. Depending on your needs, additional modalities such as cupping or gua sha may be incorporated to further support circulation, relaxation and balance. This holistic approach addresses the root causes of nervous system imbalances, stress, hormones and overall health.
This is a complimentary 15 minute consultation to help you better understand acupuncture and determine if it’s the right fit for you. This consultation provides an opportunity to meet the acupuncturist, ask questions, and learn more about how acupuncture can support your well-being. Please note that no diagnosis or treatment will be provided during this brief consultation.
