I witnessed first hand how clinical precision, empathy, and timing can influence healing. Those years laid the foundation for the work I do today only now, I bring that same level of care into a quieter, more personalized space where confidence, wellness, and natural beauty are the focus.

I started Natural U by Cristina with the intention of redefining what aesthetics can be: safe, evidence-based, and rooted in connection. I’ve trained hands-on with industry leaders in microneedling, platelet rich plasma, IV vitamin therapy and vitamin injections. My practice is guided by the belief that subtle, natural results those that enhance, not erase are the most powerful at any stage of life. This philosophy is reflected in every treatment I offer, from skin health plans to regenerative injectables and wellness IVs.
My services at Kurated Care available to book include IV drip therapy and wellness injections, along with a full suite of facial treatments, hair growth treatments and regenerative aesthetic treatments through Natural U by Cristina (naturalubycristina.ca). This appointment is designed for patients who want acupuncture and/or cupping and who require extended needle retention or treatment time in order to treat more complex or chronic conditions. Please feel free to speak to our front desk staff or your provider who can support you in ensuring you are booked in for the appropriate treatment time. Table time up to 60 minutes.
This appointment is for patients who are seeking acupuncture and/or cupping and who require shortly appointment times to work on smaller areas of the body or for a shorter time duration. Table time up to 30 minutes.
