Crystal graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy's 3000 hour program in 2013 and has been practicing ever since.
Crystal is trained in deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, muscle energy techniques, joint mobilizations, hydrotherapy and remedial exercise.
She has treated a wide variety of conditions from fibromyalgia to pre- and post-natal concerns, scoliosis, Multiple Sclerosis, strokes, neuropathies, sports injuries, MVA related symptoms and many more. She has a strong interest in contractile myofascial release, muscle energy technique, TMJ correction (intra-oral) and prefers therapeutic techniques. She is very passionate about helping people and is a firm believer that the body has the capacity to heal itself through therapeutic modalities, exercise and proper nutrition.
In her spare time, Crystal enjoys playing outdoors, hiking a mountain, snowboarding, or playing in the ocean on her stand up paddleboard, doing yoga or pilates, or planning her next big trip/travel adventure.
