I graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy’s 3000 hour program in 2013 and have been practising full-time in the Vancouver area ever since.
In my 9+ years experience I have treated many conditions from Postpartum, post-surgery, chronic pain, desk posture and tension, sports injuries, weekend warrior injuries, MS, fibromyalgia, neuropathies, TMJ dysfunction, post MVA injuries and many more.
I have a patient centered approach to treatment and I prefer to use therapeutic modalities. I am very passionate about helping people and try my best to get you back to optimal function. My spare time is spent taking courses and learning more about these meat suits we call human bodies. :)
I have spent many years in the health and fitness industry and I have played many sports and outdoor activities. I don't sit still for long! Travel and adventures are what I live for. Carpe Diem!!
