Crystal is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist with a personal interest in how massage
therapy can aid us in mental wellbeing by using the body to help calm the mind. She is
passionate about using massage as complimentary care for issues such as anxiety, stress,
depression, burnout, eating disorders, chronic pain and overall wellbeing. Crystal has strong
experience in this field having worked at a prominent addictions and mental health hospital
giving RMT care to patients and staff of the many programs.
Drawing on a diverse range of techniques, Crystal tailors each session to meet the unique
needs of clients, fostering an environment of safety and support. She believes that effective
therapeutics integrate and harmonize the mind-body connection.
She strives to empower clients with achievable homecare including meditation and yoga
promoting overall wellness and resilience.
When not at the clinic she enjoys reading, gardening, learning about plants, spending time in
nature, and hanging out with her pup.
