How Crystal decided to become a human, animal and planet wellness advocate begin as a little girl. Before the age of 11 she intimately understood the meaning of the words Poverty, Pain, Disease, and thought “it’s not supposed to be like this.” This lead her to question everyone and everything to get to the real, big picture truths. And yes, she was that cute little girl who drove teachers and parents a little wild because the surface answer was never good enough. As she grew, she debated on many career choices, but human wellness became her focus because healthy humans make choices that make the world a place we all deserve to thrive in.
Some of Crystals interest and hobbies are psychology, science, yoga/meditation, creativity, nutrition, fitness, energy/sound medicine, travel, singing, dancing, nature activities, eco-friendly living, cooking
and reading.

FOR RETURN VISITS of Registered Acupuncture. This time slot amount is good for taping muscles, applying pain cream, hot and cold therapy application, a few minuted of hands on work, a few assessments or tests, PEMF mat therapy, infra-red heat light therapy. This time slot is good as an add on with other services. There is time to put a few acupuncture points in (as an add on) but not enough time to let them sit, dry cupping on a few spots or to receive diet life style choice consult and education. (depending on the work you want done wearing very stretchy clothing or shorts and a tank top may be needed) (you may change in the bathroom to be pre ready) 45+ minutes is a good time slot for acupuncture needling.

To receive effective lasting results book ahead 2 or more sessions a week to decrease symptoms and assist the body to heal. Book 2 to 4 sessions in advance to get the spots you want. FOR Chronic or Complex Conditions: 12 plus sessions are recommended for best results book 1 or 2 times a week after a full initial assessment and intake exam and tests.
