I have been married to my husband since 2003 & we have 3 beautiful children who are active in school and community activities. I have owned several small businesses as well as volunteered in many different leadership roles in the community. I am very community minded and my focus is to serve others and glorify God in all that I do.
I graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massages Therapies as an RMT in June 2019. I have training for Swedish relaxation massage, Therapeutic Massage, Hot stone massage, Prenatal massage, Visceral massage, TMJ dysfunction and Lymphatic integration.
I look forward to helping people increase their quality of life by providing assessment as well as a safe and effective treatment plan to target those specific needs. My goal is to facilitate the body's natural ability to heal and decrease stress.

Craniosacral therapy can help your body to shift from the sympathetic (fight or flight) mode to the parasympathetic (rest & digest) mode which may help to relieve pain and tension for many conditions. You should not expect to feel any pain during the session, though a mild discomfort may occur as your body responds to the treatment. Clients remain fully clothed during a craniosacral therapy appointment.
