I have been married to my husband since 2003 & we have 3 beautiful children who are active in school and community activities. I have owned several small businesses as well as volunteered in many different leadership roles in the community. I am very community minded and my focus is to serve others and glorify God in all that I do.

I graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massages Therapies as an RMT in June 2019. I have training for Swedish relaxation massage, Therapeutic Massage, Hot stone massage, Prenatal massage, Visceral massage, TMJ dysfunction and Lymphatic integration.
I look forward to helping people increase their quality of life by providing assessment as well as a safe and effective treatment plan to target those specific needs. My goal is to facilitate the body's natural ability to heal and decrease stress.

**TAKE NOTE** This treatment CANNOT be claimed on insurance or income tax as a healthcare expense. Julie is NOT a Registered Massage Therapist & only has her training to provide Craniosacral therapy. Craniosacral therapy can help your body to shift from the sympathetic (fight or flight) mode to the parasympathetic (rest & digest) mode which may help to relieve pain and tension for many conditions. You should not expect to feel any pain during the session, though a mild discomfort may occur as your body responds to the treatment. Clients remain fully clothed during a craniosacral therapy appointment.
