If you have received your approved sessions email from the admin at Help in NL, please go ahead a book in for a session with you Counselor. *If you book in without the prior approval, you will be charged the full $200 session fee at the time of your appointment.* Know we do have a 24-hour cancellation policy. NIHB does not allow billing for no-shows or last-minute cancellations; in these cases, you would need to cover the fees ($100 for a cancellation with in 24 hours and $200 for a no-show). We find this policy helps folks honour our Practitioners' time and sets everyone up for success.
