Paige Larson is a sports physiotherapist with certifications in manual and manipulative therapy, as well as acupuncture. She has over 25 years of experience in private practice on the North Shore and extensive experience treating a range of challenging conditions.
Paige's skills and excellence in her field has been recognized by her selection as a physiotherapist to support VANOC, Canadian national, Olympic and Paralympic teams, the World Figure Skating Championships, top-tier athletes and, most importantly to her, by thousands of satisfied patients who refer friends and family. She worked with the Canadian National Women's Wheelchair basketball team for eight years, keeping them healthy as they won World titles every year during her involvement with the team. She continues to work with Skate Canada providing physiotherapy support for national team members at championships at home and abroad, and she was a Team Canada sports physiotherapist for the 2000, 2004, 2008 and 2010 Paralympic Games.
Paige is the founder and owner of North Shore Sports Medicine Clinics, having grown the business from a single, two-bed facility to two clinics with more than 25 clinicians and staff. In 2012, Paige represented Western Canada at the RBC Canadian Woman Entrepreneur Awards as one of three leading female entrepreneurs for the national HKMB HUB Impact Award. The award honours leaders and role models, and for encouraging the development of others. In 2010, Paige won the North Vancouver Chamber of Commerce Business Person of the Year Award for her consistent development of her clinics and volunteer efforts.
Paige earned a degree in physiotherapy from the University of Toronto, a diploma in sports physiotherapy, and a certificate in manual and manipulative therapy as well as acupuncture. She has a bachelors in physical education from the University of British Columbia. Paige was raised in North Vancouver and enjoys skiing, swimming and running.
