This 30 minute call is a chance for you and Dana to talk, for Dana to listen to your concerns about your business, and have him offer you his perspective on what needs to be worked on. These meetings are a great way for both parties to assess if working together feels useful, exciting, and purposeful, and no contract is needed for them. People usually find these session informative: there is no need for you to prepare anything; simply be willing to talk about what is happening with your business, what you would like to change, and what feels stuck or stressful.

A recent study of dogs and their humans' cortisol levels revealed that pets' stress was synchronizing with their humans' stress. Chris has been working with peoples' furry (and non-furry) family for over 20 years, and this is the first time she's taking on new non-human clients in over a decade! Yes, these pet sessions happen over the phone, yes you are a part of them (so you get some of the benefits as well) and yes, pets love tapping as much as people do.

Touchstone Sessions are 55 min strategy sessions held in-person at our clinic. They are discovery sessions, planning sessions, goal-setting sessions, getting excited-about-your-future sessions. These sessions are designed to touch base, connect, plan, strategize by reviewing, adding information, and to be setting-new-goals sessions. These sessions must start and end on time.
