Dane is a Certified Personal Trainer and current Athletic Therapy student at Sheridan College, working toward his Honours Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences – Athletic Therapy degree. He began his career after completing a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion, where he worked with a family health team at a not-for-profit gym. In this setting, he led HIIT and bootcamp classes, developed personalized strength and conditioning programs, and supported clients in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation. His experience in clinical fitness inspired him to pursue deeper education in physical rehabilitation and performance training.
Dane’s passion for fitness was born from challenge—after failing his first-ever fitness test as a teenager in the Army Cadet program, he knew he had something to prove. That moment sparked a personal transformation, leading him from calisthenics and running to strength training and eventually coaching. He now blends personal experience with academic expertise to help clients build strength, move with confidence, and prevent injury. Dane believes in training for lifelong physical functionality and uses movement optimization, injury prevention, and smart programming to help every client reach their goals—because everyone deserves to feel and be treated like an athlete.
