Dan is co-owner of Richmond St. Wellness Centre. He is both a Registered Massage Therapist and a Certified Reflexologist.
Dan is a graduate of Sutherland Chan Massage School and practices a wide variety of massage techniques. He incorporates various muscle release techniques into his general Swedish massage - such as PNF, MET and myofascial release. Dan can accommodate his treatment to adapt to each patient whether they require a targeted therapeutic massage or simply need to relax.
He has been a certified Foot and Hand Reflexologist since 2010. He believes that reflexology brings balance back to your body and that it is more than just a modality but calms the body, mind, and spirit. He believes that reflexology is a powerful stress reliever and can aid in the treatment of various disorders. Most commonly he sees benefits with stress reduction, digestion, menstrual complaints, and sleep issues. He uses reflexology in a traditional method but has also incorporated soft tissue and fascial stretching into his treatment which provides great relief from tension and congestion within the lower limb and foot.

This is a reflexology treatment focusing on the hands.
Hot stone massage uses heated basalt stones which are very smooth and retain heat. The massage is a combination of techniques with the hands and using the stones to massage. It is great for relaxation and pain and tightness in muscles. This massage is not recommended for those with cardiovascular disease, diabetes, open wounds/skin conditions or pregnant women.
This is a combination massage therapy with Indian head massage lasting 60 minutes.
This is a one hour subsequent visit for massage therapy.
