Daniel enjoys working with everyone, from high level athletes and tradespeople to office workers and young folks. He believes in community and connection and takes a heart centered approach to his work.
Working through a lens of a decade of experience and countless rabbit holes on fascia and osteopathic techniques, he listens, and meets people where they are to address the concerns that they have.
By using a combination of fascial, osteopathic, and traditional massage based techniques, coupled with intuition, evidence based research, and heart, he strives to help people regain or maintain ease in their day to day life and activities. That may look like nervous system calming, deep or light fascial work, or movement release depending on where people are at that day.
In his spare time you may find Daniel on his mountain bike, climbing, practicing Aikido, playing music, making art, gardening and spending time with his daughter.
