AjouterDanielle Aldcorn, BSW, MA, is a Registered Clinical Counsellor. She is also the Co-Director of Satori Integrative Health Centre. Danielle offers one-on-one, sibling, and family counselling services to children, teens, young adults and parents for anxiety, neuro-diversity, giftedness, behaviour challenges, transitions, social relationships and emotion regulation.
Danielle uses a mixture of talk and expressive therapies, including art, journaling, somatic movement, nature-based and play therapy. Danielle encourages the development of skills and also facilitates communication, assertiveness, and self-awareness in children, youth and parents to help them gain insight, solve problems, and cope with difficult situations.

Jane Fan provides counselling for individuals 7 years of age and older. Family sessions are welcome for families with children of any age. For families with younger children, the counselling focus will be on supporting the parent(s) and the family as a whole rather than working directly with the child. For clients under 15, the first appointment will be with the parent(s) or guardian, unless the child has requested otherwise.

Led by Registered Clinical Counsellor, Danielle Aldcorn. Nature ecotherapy helps people tap into their natural healing potential by connecting with the energy, beauty and rhythms of the natural world. Aligned with the equinox and solstices, these three-hour nature therapy group sessions include healing activities for the 5 senses, therapeutic movement exercises, art therapy and walking outings that allow for interaction with the outdoor environment and the season. We will be using aromatherapy and a snack will be offered so please notify us of any allergies. The class includes a walking outing to a local Steveston nature spot so please also notify us of any mobility restrictions. For a full refund please cancel nature therapy group classes with 7 days notice.
