Danielle is committed to designing individualized treatment plans that cater to each patient’s specific goals and conditions. She utilizes a comprehensive approach by incorporating a variety of treatment methods such as joint mobilization, soft tissue techniques, and exercise prescription. With a passion for injury prevention and rehabilitation, Danielle’s ultimate aim is to help her patients achieve optimal physical function and improve their overall quality of life.
Growing up in Sarnia, Ontario, Danielle’s passion for movement and fitness was cultivated through gymnastics and taekwondo. Her dedication to taekwondo eventually led her to represent Canada at the 2016 World Taekwondo Championships, a highlight that reinforced her love for movement and performance. Her extensive experience in fitness allows her to combine physiotherapy treatment techniques with exercise-based rehabilitation programs tailored to the unique goals of each patient. Whether working with athletes, post-surgical patients, or individuals with goals to improve or maintain function, Danielle is committed to helping each person achieve their goals.
Danielle completed her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at Western University in 2021 and went on to work as a Registered Kinesiologist before pursuing her Master’s in Physical Therapy at Western University. Outside of her clinical practice, Danielle remains passionate about staying active by working out regularly and enjoys experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
