Manual osteopathy is a holistic, hands-on approach to healthcare that focuses on restoring balance and promoting optimal function within the body. It is based on the principle that the body has an innate ability to heal itself when its structures are properly aligned and functioning in harmony. Manual osteopaths use gentle, non-invasive techniques to assess and treat the body as a whole. They work with the musculoskeletal system (bones, muscles, joints, and connective tissues), as well as the nervous, circulatory, and lymphatic systems, to address the root causes of pain or dysfunction.
