Since graduating from Western University with an honours specialization in Kinesiology, Danielle has gone on to become a successful personal trainer (CPTN certified) for over five years in Calgary. She has a long list of certifications, including TRX Suspension Training course, TRX group training, RockTape FMT Movement Specialist basic & advanced, Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist (PPFS) and Senior Fitness Instructor Certification (SFIC).
Danielle has experience being a studio manager for a boutique studio in Calgary and has instructed numerous HIIT classes. On the side, Danielle also has experience running a small business of teaching senior fitness classes to a loyal group for 4 years. Danielle is a brand new Torontonian that is so excited to put Catalyst members through some killer workouts.
Danielle is also an avid runner and fan of HIIT workouts or anything involving a Woodway or Rogue bike ;). Danielle also loves travelling to new places (pre Covid times) and fashion!
