Danielle Ramsay
Danielle completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology in 2019 followed by her Master’s of Physical Therapy in 2021 from the University of Saskatchewan.
Danielle has a keen interest in orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapy. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Her goal is to provide outstanding client-centered care in order to help her patients achieve their goals. She understands and values that everyone is unique, which is why she believes each treatment plan needs to be specific to the patient. Danielle’s physiotherapy treatment involves manual therapy techniques, education, and tailored exercise programming.

Since graduation, Danielle has pursued further training in pelvic health physiotherapy- including maternal support in labour and delivery, pregnancy and pelvic girdle pain, and cesarian birth and rehabilitation. She has also received training in Biomedical dry needling and can use dry needling as a therapy technique in her orthopedic practice.
Danielle enjoys spending time with her family, taking her dog Benny to the park with her husband, and hanging out at the family cabin in the summer. Danielle also enjoys training and competing and she is a current member of the Canadian Racquetball team.

Full biomechanical exam of range of motion, typically with a focus on neck, back, hips and shoulders. Treatment provided includes focused, sustained stretches into the range of motion limitations from the clinical assessment.

This assessment is focused on addressing concerns regarding pelvic health. Common concerns treated include bladder or bowel leakage, pelvic organ prolapse, urinary urgency or frequency, weakness or tightness of the pelvic floor muscles, or a general screen to assess the pelvic floor function as it relates to the rest of the body.
This treatment should be booked following a pelvic health assessment. The treatment will focus on the client's specific goals which may include a variety of treatment techniques such as focused exercises on pelvic floor or core strengthening, muscle relaxation techniques, education on how to manage your concern at home.
