Originally born in British Columbia, I have lived in Manitoba, New Brunswick and finally Alberta. I graduated from massage therapy school in Fredericton in 2015. At my last practice I treated a lot of veterans with chronic pain but have experience in a lot of different treatments and modalities. I really enjoy connecting with my clients and seeing them leave feeling better than they did when they came in. To me, massage is an essential part of healthcare that can really improve the well being of people everywhere. I’m trained in Swedish massage as well as pre and post natal, hot stone, cupping and intra oral.
In my off time, I am a mom to three wonderful kids. My husband is in the military so that’s always interesting. I enjoy reading, scrapbooking, puzzles, the beach, yoga and hiking. I love to travel and try different experiences and foods.
