I have been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2011. I received training in Swedish Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Indie Head Massage, deep tissue massage and kinesiotaping. Most recently adding Reiki and Trauma Informed Therapy to my practice.
I believe in natural healing and helping the body maintain a balance between body, mind and soul. I enjoy the outdoors, walking and embracing nature to help calm the storm of our busy world.
I have played many sports, some at the national level, therefore she understands the slow progression from injury to recovery. Strengthening and stretching is an important component to a healthy body, and helping clients understand so she can help remove their body and minds restrictions.
My goal is to provide you an effective therapeutic treatment but still provide a calming environment so you leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Hot stone massage therapy relaxes your body in a short space of time, so your massage therapist can focus the tissues using both hot stones and hand Swedish massage techniques. Hot stones also increases relaxation and calmness. The heated stones are placed on the chakra points to align and balance the energy centres, benefiting the whole body and mind.

This treatment offers a combination of the Indie Head Massage and the Hot Stone Massage. Allowing some extra time for the fascial work and extra time on the neck and shoulders. All while maintaining the pure relaxation provided by the hot stones.

I offer prenatal massage with option to use the pregnancy pillow! Allowing you to lay comfortably on your stomach for your treatment, or if you prefer it can be done side-lying is an alternative position.
