I have been practicing in Vancouver for over ten years, spending the last few years working part time while raising my family.
I strongly value creating a safe space for all in my practice. I believe in the benefits of massage therapy as preventative care, a tool to help the body and mind function to its fullest potential, always considering the nervous system and how it impacts our whole being. My approach to treatment is always centered on a calm environment.
I look forward to building connections in our community through my practice. When I have time off you will find me painting, and spending as much time as possible in the mountains whether it be hiking, snowboarding or camping.
