First assessment (1 hour and 30 minutes) series of initial pictures are taken in sitting and standing. A physiotherapist does a standing and sitting analysis that assess you from head to toe your workstation or job may also be discussed the physiotherapist then gives you a full complement of exercises to complete over a 2-6 week period. Tape may then be applied to hold you in a better position. A complimentary foam roll ($44.99) or double lacrosse ball is given to help perform exercises and a complimentary exercise band set. ($39.99). Compressed Bike Fit covering brief or smaller adjustments. Best for those who have completed a bike fitting recently (within 1 year) and/or need minor adjustments to correct an issue.

FULL Bike Fit covering bike sizing, cleat/pedal adjustments, stem, seat and laser assessment in multiple planes. Best for those with multiple new parts or those who have not had a bike fitting in over 1-2 years.
