Darren graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Health Sciences and a Certificate in Athletic Therapy. To complement his athletic therapy training, he immediately enrolled in and completed his massage therapy diploma from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. Once an RMT, he attended the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto to complete his Osteopathic training in 2013.
During this time he completed and defended his thesis titled "Effects of Global Osteopathic Treatment on Primary Raynaud's Phenomenon."
Darren has had the opportunity to travel with athletes including elite national sports teams as they competed internationally. He has had the privilege of travelling with the Canadian National Kickboxing team, Rugby Canada, Softball Canada, Waterski Canada and the Hamilton Bulldogs Hockey team. Darren has also explored complimentary treatments, and has taken courses in Frequency Specific Microcurrent and Reiki.
Darren uses his skills and over 20 years of experience to provide clients with a spectrum of care based on their needs and concerns.

Osteopathic concepts & techniques will be used during assessment and treatment. This includes a combination of soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, joint mobilization, craniosacral therapy and visceral mobilization to address the body's imbalances and facilitate optimal structural support.

An initial osteopathy visit includes a discussion of health history, current symptoms, and treatment goals, followed by a physical assessment of posture and movement. Treatment using joint mobilization, myofascial release, visceral manipulation and craniosacral therapy will be used if appropriate.
