Dars is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and a graduate of the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. His journey into massage therapy began through his deep passion for sports, which led to several injuries and firsthand experience with recovery through massage therapy, acupuncture, and yoga.
Through these experiences, Dars discovered the powerful role that hands-on therapy and mindful movement play in healing, injury prevention, and faster recovery. This realization inspired him to pursue a career in therapeutic care, becoming an RMT, Yoga Instructor, and Thai Massage practitioner.
Dars provides therapeutic treatments tailored to each patient’s needs. His practice includes techniques such as deep tissue massage, Thai massage, and treatment to help relieve temporomandibular joint (TMJ) pain and dysfunction, particularly for patients experiencing jaw clicking or tension. His approach focuses not only on relieving pain and tension, but also on improving mobility, supporting recovery, and promoting long-term physical well-being.
Outside the clinic, Dars enjoys teaching yoga and staying active. Swimming and basketball are among his favorite sports, and they continue to influence his understanding of movement, performance, and recovery.
