Fascial Stretch Therapy is performed by a licensed kinesiologist allowing this service to be covered under ICBC approved services. It is a manual therapy technique that stretches and mobilizes the fascia, a type of connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles, bones, and organs. FST can improve flexibility, range of motion, reduce stiffness, and enhance athletic performance through a more gentle approach to passive treatment.
