I’m deeply passionate about helping people feel their best-physically, mentally, and emotionally. As an acupuncturist and TCM herbalist, my goal is to support you in finding balance, relief, and a deeper connection to your own well-being.
Chinese medicine teaches us that true healing happens when we create harmony within-between the mind, body, and spirit. Guided by the principles of Yin-Yang and the Five Element theory, I help patients reconnect with the natural rhythms of their bodies and the world around them. Whether through acupuncture, herbal medicine, or simple lifestyle shifts, my focus is on restoring flow, easing discomfort, and nurturing resilience as life unfolds.
The conditions I treat vary greatly, but some of the most common include musculoskeletal pain, digestive issues, insomnia, stress, muscle tightness, pain or stiffness, as well as supporting fertility and regulating menstrual cycles. My approach is gentle and compassionate, creating a safe space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered in your healing journey.

This unique session begins with a personalized intake and conversation to understand your needs and intentions. You’ll then receive a full acupuncture treatment, starting with a gentle needlework to allow your body to settle. Once the energy has opened, the treatment is deepened with live sound healing — including healing songs and immersive sound journeys — to support relaxation, energetic balance, and inner transformation. This offering weaves together acupuncture and sound to create a powerful healing experience for body, mind, and spirit. The songs shared in these sessions come from my time learning with my teacher, Papa Gilberto, a respected elder from the Peruvian Amazon, and from the wisdom of the master plants themselves.

What’s included: -Review of your response to the current herbal formula if applicable (symptoms, changes, feedback) -Updated TCM assessment: tongue, pulse, symptom discussion -Acupuncture treatment adapted to your current needs -Adjustment or refinement of your herbal formula, if indicated -Recommendations and planning for your ongoing treatment and next steps Note: It’s important to reassess how you respond to your initial herbal formula. A follow-up session is usually needed before continuing with a customized prescription. Once we see a successful response, follow-ups can be spaced out and longer prescriptions refills provided, so you won’t need to come as often.

Based on your needs, a personalized herbal formula may be created to support your treatment between visits. You’ll receive clear instructions on dosage, preparation, and how to take the herbs. Herbal formulas are an additional cost. Purpose: This session establishes your baseline diagnosis, begins acupuncture treatment, and may initiate a tailored herbal prescription.
What’s included: -Comprehensive TCM Assessment via Video: review of your current symptoms, health history, and lifestyle factors. -Pattern Differentiation & Diagnosis: identify the root cause of your concerns according to Traditional Chinese Medicine principles. -Personalized Herbal Recommendations: tailored guidance to support your unique constitution and health goals. -Dosage Instructions & Preparation Guidance: clear instructions on how to take your herbs safely and effectively. Herbal Medicine: Based on your needs, a customized herbal formula may be created to support your healing. Please note that the price of the herbal formula is not included in the consultation fee. Formulas typically range from $50–$60 per 100g bottle, which usually lasts 7–12 days depending on the prescribed dosage. Shipping is available at an extra fee depending on your location. Purpose: This virtual session allows you to receive personalized TCM herbal guidance from the comfort of your home. It’s ideal for establishing your baseline herbal prescription, adjusting ongoing formulas, or supporting your TCM treatment plan remotely.
