David brings over 25 years of hands-on experience as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). He is licensed by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and is a proud member of the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario (RMTAO).
David has built a broad range of clinical expertise throughout his career, working in diverse settings—from high-profile injury clinics to rehabilitating complex injuries in multidisciplinary physiotherapy, medical, and chiropractic practices. He has provided care to elite athletes, military personnel, sports teams, weekend warriors, busy parents, and overworked office and trade workers. Whether his clients are recovering from injury, training for a major event, or simply seeking to improve their overall well-being, David’s treatment approach is practical, personalized, and results-oriented.
Outside of his professional life, David is an avid nature enthusiast with a love for the outdoors. Raised in Northern Ontario, he spent the last 25 years in Ottawa before settling in Lanark County—bringing him full circle and back to the natural surroundings he loves. David developed a strong connection to nature early in life through camping and outdoor exploration. His curiosity led him to study biology and psychology, fields that naturally aligned with his career in massage therapy. His early training in the martial arts instilled a lifelong respect for movement, flexibility, strength, and breathing techniques—principles he seamlessly incorporates into his practice today.
David is known for his attentive client care, logical and collaborative treatment planning, and unwavering commitment to supporting his clients’ health journeys.

Please choose this option if you are new to our clinic, if you have not been for 1 year, or if you are coming with a new complaint. This will facilitate an appropriate amount of time for your therapist to collect health history and provide an assessment.
We offer K-Taping or Kinesio Taping. Both these styles of therapeutic and sports taping are an advanced modality that uses a gentle application of non-latex, hypoallergenic, elasticized tape to improve posture, decrease swelling, and diminish pain, without impairing circulation or range of motion.
This advanced modality is in fact an ancient healing technique. We use a modern suction-style of cup, placing the cups strategically on your body using mild suction, and we can leave them in place during treatment or move them around as a massage. Our dry cupping is done using suction cups.
